Rebate Eligibility
To be eligible for the rebate:
- Rebate is for new construction purchases only

Buyer cannot be subject to an Buyer Broker Exclusive Agreement with another agent

Buyer must sign a Buyer Broker Exclusive agreement with us

Rebate to be any compensation or bonus paid to buyer’s agent by builder above 2% of sales price on new construction homes only

Rebate subject to lender approval

Rebate will be credited to buyer upon successful close of escrow. Rebate will be a credit to buyer’s closing costs or a credit to buyer’s down payment only

Rebate will not, under any circumstances, grant to buyer cash, wire funds, cashier’s check, gift cards, or any other payment outside of the close of escrow

Buyer cannot be currently registered with builder

Buyer cannot be currently under contract with builder
